Our Own Tips for Kicking Ass Anywhere and Everywhere
Truthfully, the best workout is the one you’re actually going to accomplish. If you want to be the kind of ripped guy who radiates masculinity from every pore, then you’re going to have to set yourself up for success.
We’ve got three more suggestions for you.
First, devote some part of your home to working out. It can be a tiny space, but you need a space. At least invest in a workout mat so the state of your floor won’t stop you from doing what needs to be done.
Second, open up your day planner, Google calendar or whatever you use and schedule the time. Make it as much of a priority as that long boring meeting, your date with your SO and your TV time. Give yourself a 30-minute block of time every single day, without fail. Make it a habit.
Third, invest in some ManSalt. Feeling like crap from your Monday workout is a big reason why you’re not going to want to complete your Tuesday workout. ManSalt will help you recover faster. You’ll ease those aches and pains before you get to bed. You’ll sleep better too, which means there’s less chance you’ll be exhausted the next day.
Or, ignore all this advice and these resources until you look like The Blob. It’s up to you.
